The Militant Gearge jacket was created to honor the late George Floyd. George Floyd not  only represented a black man in America but his unfortunate demise represented a a broken system in which the world observed for a unsurmountable  amount of time.
The details of this gorgeous ensemble represents something greater than fabric as the egyptian linen often mistakenly judged for its unique characteristics. It is the same for the black culture in which the DNA that was established through systemic oppression is the dexterity of the people that has withstand the test of time. The unique roped shoulders represents the strength of black culture that lies on the shoulders of each generation adding to the embeliishment of cultural heritage. The back vent describes the plight that was created through the sacrifice of George Floyd in which there was a release creating a worldwide facilitation for change in which righteous indignation reigned worldwide.
This jacket was created to represent a vision of hope but also tell a story of a human that changed the world.
